I have hosted 6 sites with Rick for just over a year now and have recently added two more customer sites to his servers. I believe in his company so much I have become a reseller for his product line.
There have been a few uptime issues but they were all network related. There wasn't a thing Rick could have done to fix them.
One server issue was corrected within twentyfour hours and it was the result of a software, not anything Rick could have controlled. Rick has helped me fine tune several server settings to make the function of my sites almost flawless. What I can't directly change with my user panels, he changes for me with none of the typical Hosting Company attitude.
Rick has worked side by side with me to bust several hack attempts on my sites. I have had no overload issue with his servers, nor have I had to worry about an attitude concerning bandwith or usage issues.
There's plenty of space to work in and upgrading is hassle free.

In my twelve years of Internet experience and being a developer for the last eight years I have not had the privilege of dealing with any company that give better service than Uberhost.
Their support and customer care is the best I have seen of any company. I own a webdesign studio site called 3oneseven.com as well as a few other and I have worked and developed on all of them with ease and reliability of the Uberhost servers.

Wow. The patience Rick Taylor showed and the prompt responses from he and his staff cannot be duplicated anywhere in any business we now have. I wasn't even a customer yet, and Rick patiently answered all questions and helped me through my human error registering.
It's hard to find a person so willing to work with you. I have used uberhost for a former forum. The service was great and the online time upbeatable. The ease of the program was unbelievable. Thanks to Rick's patience, I have uberhost once again.
